DESCRIPTION:We are inviting you to our 2nd Annual First Baptist Church Chili Cook Off and Silent Auction on Sunday April 26th\, following our morning worship service. \nAt camp each year\, decisions are made where students decide to follow Jesus and live for him!  We need your help to send students to camp! \nHere is what we need from you!! \nCalling all Cooks– we need 30 people to bring a crockpot of chili. It only needs to feed 10-15 people. Chili Booths will be set up in Beach Hall\, and the students will help you serve your chili for taste testing.  We do have 4 categories this year for the chili competition. Prizes will be awarded to 4 -1st place winners! \nCategories: \nBest Tasting Chili \nBest Presentation \nFire with Flavor \nMost Unique \nCalling all Families– Please plan to purchase tickets to eat chili at the event. We will sell tickets on Wednesday nights in Beach Hall or at the door at the time of the event. Tickets are $5\, kids 3-under are free. $30 family cap. \nCalling all Church Members: We are asking for donations for our Silent Auction. SUMMARY:Lifeway FUGE First Students Camp 2026
DESCRIPTION:We are heading to FUGE camp this year at the Ridgecrest Conference Center\, located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina\, and we hope your student(s) can join us!!  The dates are July 13.-17\, 2026.  The cost of camp this year will be $305.00 per student.  There are two options for signing up this year for camp: MFUGE-Missions camp or CFUGE-Recreational camp. They will be held at the same place\, but MFUGE campers will get the opportunity to serve in the North Carolina community while at camp. \nA $125.00 non-refundable deposit will be due by 1/6/25; as we must pay for our camp spots by January 15th\, 2025.  Registering for camp does not secure your spot\, only paying your deposit secures your camp spot. \nLifeway Campers must have completed 6th grade- completed 12th grade. \nMore information about FUGE Camps thru Lifeway can be found at fugecamps.lifeway.com.
