In a world filled with worry and confusion, kids need to know there is a God who cares for them. At Emerald Crossing VBS, they’ll journey through Ireland’s lush landscapes, exploring the powerful words of Psalm 23. They’ll discover the life of the shepherd-king David and will learn how to cross from worry to peace, from fear to faith, and from uncertainty to a firm foundation in God’s Word through a relationship with the Good Shepherd.

Get your passport ready for Ireland and join the adventure! Each day, we’ll dig deeper into this adventure, answering questions such as:

• Is the Lord a distant God? Did he create the universe and then just sit back and watch?
• Is the Bible a trustworthy guide to lead us through life?
• Why do we have hard times?
• Are good things because of “good luck” or a good God?
• What should rainbows remind us of?

Beauty and adventure await us each day at Emerald Crossing, where lads and lasses will gather at the Emerald Isle Assembly—a high-energy beginning that includes wacky intros, lively songs, a mission moment, and prayer. Then they’re off to rotate through five fun sites:

• Flock Talk Bible Time, where God’s Word is taught in creative, hands-on ways.
• Celtic Corner Science and Crafts, where kids are bedazzled by making special craft and science creations of their own.
• Still Water Snacks, where kids can feast on tantalizing treats and eats.
• Green Meadow Games, where Kids will play plenty of exciting games with fun new twists.
• Top o’ the Morning Missions, Music, and Memory Verses, where kids can sing songs, commit the verses to memory with fun games, or go in-depth with the mission moment.
• Finally, everyone heads back to the Closing Assembly, where there’s more singing, contest results, and the highly anticipated daily drama.

We have 3 registration types:

1. VBS for Kids (completed Pre-K thru 5th Grade)
2. VBS for Preschoolers (for volunteer’s kids only)
3. VBS Volunteers – for those Students (6th-12th Grade) or Adults who would like to Volunteer to serve in Vacation Bible School. Must have Background Check and provide references if VBS Director does not personally know you.

Important Notes:

• When registering for VBS, only enter the names of those who will be attending.
• The event is free.
• We will use a carpool line for drop-off and pick-up. More information will be provided as we get closer to the event.
